Any pattern/instructions you purchase from my studio will include free shipping as it will be emailed to you. Other handcrafted items will be shipped via USPS First Class or Priority mail. Payments must be received within 3 days of sale. Any item you are unhappy with can be returned within 3 days of receiving it. You pay for all shipping costs. I will refund the cost of the item only. Custom work will be quoted at the time of order and both parties must agree on final costs including material, labor, and shipping.
