If you are a groomer and plan to order a quantity of bows, convo me before you checkout and I will give you a bulk discount and a larger break on shipping. It's simply too confusing to try to accommodate everyone's preferences in the listing. These bows are made in Alaska. Proper natural lighting for photographs is very rare. I apologize for having to take flash pictures. The bows are really much nicer than they appear. I've not had a disappointed customer yet. I love to donate bows and bandannas so those pets can go home looking and feeling fabulous. *** Payment* I accept Paypal.com payments (yes, you can use your credit card) * Payment must be submitted within three days of the sale (unless otherwise arranged) or I reserve the right to cancel the sale. Shipping. All items in my shop are shipped from Anchorage, Alaska. Most orders should arrive within 5-7 days unless otherwise arranged. If you live outside the US or Canada, please email for international rates * If you would like to upgrade your shipment or if you prefer another carrier please contact me and I will invoice you for the additional service costs. * I ship my items as quickly as possible - usually same day or next day after payment is received. * I do my best to re-use and recycle shipping materials whenever possible. Most orders will be packed to avoid the item being crushed during transit. *If shipment is damaged in transit please contact me within 3 days of receipt of the package to arrange for a full refund, repair and compensation for return shipping fee.
