We strive to ship your product within 3-5 business days of receiving your order. All packages are shipped by US Postal Service with tracking and insurance.
Lay Away Plan: I am willing to work with indivudal(s) on a lay away plan. Buyer will need to contact me via messages, and provide email information for response.
Refunds and Exchanges: It is my hope that you will be happy with your purchase, but if you are not, please contact me within 7 business days of receiving your package and I will be happy to refund or exchange your purchase. Shipping will not be refunded. There will be no refunds on custom orders.
Returns: If you received your item broken, please contact me within 7 days of receiving it and I will gladly refund your account or replace the item whichever you the customer would prefer. Customer is responsible for shipping.
Refunds will not be offered if my jewelry has failed due to NORMAL wearing conditions or if the item was damaged due to an attempted repair by the buyer or other jewelry designer or bead maker, other than myself.
REPAIRS: I will make repairs on all items if possible depending on difficulty and may not be able to duplicate exactly as these items are unique. Buyer to pay for the cost of repair if damage is due to their usage, and the cost of shipping.
