I REALLY WANT YOU TO LOVE YOUR AYA DESIGNS JEWELRY! All items will be wrapped and padded securely for shipping. All items are shipped USPS with a tracking number. All items are shipped M-F within 24hrs of receipt of payment. Items paid by check will be shipped once the check has cleared. If anything is damaged in shipping, please notify me at once. Damaged goods are refundable only if they were damaged during shipping. PLEASE keep your packaging or take a picture of it for claims purposes. If you decide that you really don't like your piece(s), please notify me within 5 business days of receipt and we'll make arrangements for a credit (or refund) once that item is returned. Shipping costs will be deducted. Special orders are not returnable or refundable, unless we have come to a mutual agreement before shipping. PLEASE BE SURE OF SIZING - ALL ITEM SIZES ARE LISTED and if you need more information, message me I'll be glad to help. I love special orders however once we have decided on specifics, colors, sizes, cost, etc ... those items may not be returnable. I will always insure that we have come up with the piece you want by photographing it and getting your approval first ~ therefore in some cases it cannot be refunded. Thanks for your understanding. Please note that if you have sent me an incorrect address or zip code and that your package was subsequently lost, that I reserve the right to not issue you a refund. PLEASE be positive of your address, unit numbers and zip or postal codes when completing the check-out process. I cannot be responsible for misdirected mail. Thank you! **International Shipping** International packages are shipped via Registered Mail with a tracking number. If you do not want to pay the registered mail price, please contact me so that I can change your shipping costs to reflect regular international mail charges. However, be aware that I do not guarantee any International packages if the postage fees have been downgraded from Registered Mail. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs might be prior to buying. If you are only buying one or two items there are usually no charges.
