BAKidagain2's Policies

While we want you to be a satisfied with your purchase from B.A.Kidagain, Ltd so we need to take a few precautions against those that would like to take advantage of us. We know that you are not one of these people but because of them we have rules:

1. You must email Carla before returning anything. Any return without personal contact will NOT be honored.

2. Product must be returned for verification.

3. Upon verification, any replacements will be in the same scent/design as the original product and any credit given will be in store credit. You will be charged shipping again (if applicable), unless management decides otherwise.

4. Any shortages must be reported within 24 hours. Please email them to Carlasbathstuff (at) yahoo (dot) com.

We ONLY ship to the address that is listed with PayPal unless you contact us in advance!

These are subject to additions and corrections as we see fit.

Turn around time:
We are currently on a 3-10 day turn-around time on all orders not counting holidays and weekends. This time starts the day after the order has printed (which is about 4pm each day). We ship Monday through Thursday every week.

Damages in Transit:
If there is any problem with your order please contact us within 24 hours of its arrival. We strive to make sure your order reaches you safely but we have no control over the handling of it once it leaves our hands. Please remember this when contacting us about your problem. We will do our best to help you in any way we can.


International Shipping:
We ship to Canada and overseas through USPS, UPS, or Fed-Ex with insurance only, please contact me if your Country is not listed on ArtFire or if you think its wrong.
