Items are shipped within 2 business days, unless otherwise specified.


METHODS OF PAYMENT: I accept Paypal, Money orders, and cashier's checks (bank checks).

SALES TAX: Washington State residents will have to pay sales tax. This will be added to your bill during the checkout process in Paypal. If You're paying by bank check, please contact me so that I can send you a revised invoice reflecting the additional tax.

CUSTOMS: International buyers please be aware that you may have to pay duties and taxes on your items once they arrive in your country. Contact your local customs office to see if and how this applies to you.

SHIPPING:
I use the US Postal Service to ship worldwide. I send items first class, unless you need an item in a rush. When this is the case, please contact me for your options. Also, If would like to insure your item, you may do so but, again, you'll have to contact me to let me know. I will then send you a revised invoice to reflect the change in cost.

Refunds and Exchanges

RETURNS: If, for some reason, you are not happy with your purchase, Please contact me RIGHT AWAY to let me know that you are unhappy. International buyers have up to two weeks to contact me; US buyers have one week. After that time, I will assume that you loved your item. I will happily accept returns on any item for a full refund, minus shipping, within the accepted time frame. Again, though, if you are disappointed, contact me for your options. I appreciate my customers very much, and want them to be happy.

Additional Policies and FAQs

FEEDBACK: I love to get feedback, but I understand that many buyers prefer not to leave it. I respect buyers' privacy, and the decision to leave feedback is happily up to you. Additionally, I would love to know how you found me! Let me know in an e-mail or convo, will you?

WHOLESALE: I do offer my items at wholesale rates if you buy in quantity. Please contact me for my terms if you are interested.
