BLSoaps' Policies

Welcome to Body Language Soaps, LLC! We've been making cold processed handmade soaps since 2003, as well as a wonderful selection of bath and body products. All of the products in our shop are handmade by me and my husband. If you have any questions about any of our products, please don't hesitate to ask!





PAYMENT

We accept PayPal & Credit Cards. If you would like to pay with a Credit Card, let us know, and we will send you a secure email invoice.





SHIPPING

I generally ship within 3-6 days of receiving your order. If I find it will take longer to ship, I will contact you with details. Most of my orders are shipped via USPS. If purchasing a single item, or even several light weight items, it will usually ship 1st Class. Heavier orders will ship either Parcel or Priority Mail.



We ship to the address listed in the order through ArtFire. It is YOUR responsibility to make sure this is correct. Body Language Soaps will not be responsible for delays or lost packages if the original address was not correct. Any additional shipping charges that may be required will also be the buyer's responsibility.



We will ship to giftee addresses upon request.

All Customs and Duties are the Responsibility of the Buyer, as is knowing the prohibited and restricted items to your country. If you are unsure of what items are not allowed to be shipped to your country via USPS, please visit the following website. We will try to review your country's policies before shipping, but ultimately, it is YOUR responsibility.

Body Language Soaps, LLC (BLSoaps) will not be held responsible for any Custom and Duties, or any seized or destroyed items during the Customs Process. Please review your country's policies before ordering, as they vary greatly from country to country.



Because plant/botanical matter is a frequent item on these lists, we have taken every effort to list which items include plant/botanical material.



Please note we will not state GIFT on the package unless it actually is a gift from us to you. We will not lie on the custom forms, so please do not ask.





RETURN POLICY

Due to the personal nature of our products, I cannot accept returns except in cases of damage during shipping or in the rare case that the wrong item was shipped. If either of these happens, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package so I can file the appropriate claims. Please do not return any merchandise to me without prior notification.



My goal is for you to be 100% delighted with your order. Because skin care and scent choices are incredibly individual and personal, if you are unsure about your selections, I encourage you to order smaller sizes, and then come back for more when you've found your favorite scents and products.
