Custom design orders require minimum $75 purchase.



All Fine Art Photography prints are printed by a professional photo lab on Kodak Endura Metallic paper unless otherwise noted. Metallic paper offers a vibrant, almost 3d quality that is really quite stunning. Will last a lifetime.

Payment
Proofs will not be sent until payment is received, preferably via PayPal. If youd like to see a design in a different color scheme, for example, just contact me. I may have one done already and can send you a sample. If not, youll have to purchase first before a proof is sent to your specifications.




Shipping
Small orders will be sent via First Class Mail and larger orders via Priority unless otherwise requested before purchase. I always purchase delivery confirmation for your best interest and mine.




Out of U.S.: Convo me and Ill figure shipping as close to actual cost as possible.


If you are purchasing multiple items please convo me and Ill be happy to create a custom listing for you with combined shipping. Otherwise, in the case of mulitple item purchases, excess shipping will be happily refunded. :D




Refunds and Exchanges
I will reprint and reship at my cost if your item was misprinted. If you are at all unhappy with your purchase please convo me immediately before leaving negative feedback. I like to make customers happy!!




Additional Policies and FAQs

Q) How long will it take to get my order?

A) Once you purchase your listing, send payment and personalization information I'll have a digital proof to you within 1 business day. I'll print and ship your order within 1-2 business days of your proof approval, either via first class mail or Priority.




Q) Can you design a custom theme for me? Do you charge extra for custom designs?

A) Of course! There is a minimum purchase of $75 for custom designs. It takes me a little longer for a design from scratch. So, once youve decided on the items and quantities you need, purchased your custom listing, sent payment and personalization info Ill have a proof to you in 2-3 business days. Ill be happy to work on making changes until youre happy. But remember, the more changes the longer the process. Its best to be as specific as possible with what you have in mind. Then, once youve approved your proof I will have everything printed and shipped within 1-2 business days, unless I need to special order envelopes, etc. For an order that size Ill ship Priority if youre in the US, so delivery is usually 2-3 business days.




Q) Can you make Hello Kitty invitations?

A) I will not design or print anything based on a licensed product. But, I will be happy to design something in coordinating colors or complimentary style.




Q) You have only one in stock but I need 3. When will you have more?

A) Everything is made to order. Just let me know how many you need and I'll post a custom listing for you! ;)




Q) I would like to see this in another color, are you able to change wording and color scheme?

A) Absolutely! Please feel free to ask if I've already created the design in the color you need. If I have I'll be happy to send you a digital sample. If I have not, let me know how many you need and I'll post a custom listing for you. Once you've purchased I'll definitely send you a digital proof before shipping. ;)




Q) You're listing is for 20 invites but I only need 8. Is that possible?

A) Absolutely! Just let me know how many you need and I'll post a listing for you. ;)




Q) Can I see a proof of my item?

A) Yes! I will send a digital proof of every order only after payment is received and before shipping. I will be happy to make up to 3 changes for you. More changes will accrue fees.




Q) What if I want to see a hard proof (print sample)?

A) Ill be happy to send one to you at additional cost.




Q) I would like to print my own item would you sell your digital file?

A) Im sorry, I do not sell digital files for anything except birth announcements. Maybe its something I can print for you... ? :)




Q) Can you incorporate my son/daughters photo in the invitations.

A) I would love to. A copyright release is required from the photographer in every case.
