Thank you for checking out my Shop Policies.
What you see is ready for immediate shipment.
All items we make are one-of-a-kind. However, if you see an item but would like it in a different color or size, please strike up an etsy conversation with us and we will set up a custom order for you. Depending upon your requirements, the cost may be more or less than the original store item.
Payment
We prefer PayPal or credit cards through PayPal for immediate shipment.
Shipping
Items will be shipped within 1-2 business days of receiving payment.
I ship my pieces with UPS ground or USPS Priority Mail in the United States, I will upgrade shipping upon request for an additional fee.
International shipments will be sent Parcel Post.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you don't like it, you have 7 days from day of receiving the item to notify me. Then send the item back undamaged for a full refund. The refund will be via PayPal when I receive the item back.
Additional Policies and FAQs
I am always open to doing custom orders. Please convo me with any questions regarding custom orders or just about pieces already made.
Once I have finished building your custom order, I make a listing with my logo. I then e-mail you so you can purchase your item like you would with any other item on artfire.
