My items are on the heavy side, so I wrap everything carefully in bubblewrap and package them so that they will arrive safely to you. I buy a lot of glass, so I know how to wrap! I ship first class or priority to paypal confirmed addresses only, and use delivery confirmation to make sure packages don't go astray. Whenever possible I use recycled shipping materials, so that Staples box that shows up at your house just may contain some fabulous cabinet knobs!
