Thank you for shopping at BeadandSave, the on-line Artfire store for quality beads, pendants, and Pandora-style beads and jewelry.
BeadandSave offers a diverse selection of lampwork beads. The very nature of lampwork beads means that beads can vary slightly as to color, size and pattern. Should there be noticeable variations, BEAD and SAVE
Lampwork beads may require cleaning with a damp cloth from time to time to remove any dust particles that surface on the beads.
SHIPPING POLICY
Orders will be shipped only after notification from PayPal that payment has cleared. Merchandise will be shipped within 1-3 business days. BeadandSave will notify customers by e-mail should there be an unusual delay with regards to the shipping time.
BeadandSave is not responsible for any customs, duty or brokerage charges for orders shipped outside Canada. Any and all charges are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
BeadandSave ships via Canada Post across Canada, to the USA and internationally.

RETURN POLICY
If you are not 100% satisfied with the item(s) that you have purchased from us, BeadandSave will refund your money. BeadandSave must be notified within 3 weeks after the date of purchase, All items must be returned to BeadandSave in the original condition it was received. Shipping/handling charges, brokerage, customs and duty fees (if applicable) are not refundable.
In order to avoid customs/duty charges on all or any merchandise returned to BeadandSave, all returned merchandise must be clearly marked: RETURNED MERCHANDISE
BeadandSave will not accept any returned packages where customs/duty charges apply, and the item will be returned to sender.
Broken or Damaged Goods - BeadandSave checks each item carefully before it is shipped. Should any goods be received broken or damaged, BeadandSave must be notified within three (3) weeks of date of purchase. Purchaser must return the goods to BeadandSave in the original condition and packaging. Proof of damaged goods may also be given to BeadandSave by a clear and detailed photograph transmitted via e-mail. Shipping/Handling charges, brokerage, customs and duty fees ( if applicable) are not refundable.

BeadandSave accepts payment through PayPal.
Canadian and Quebec residents are required to pay taxes where applicable.
