I ship USPS Priority Mail within the United States, regular air mail out of country.

I try my best to ship all purchased items within five days of purchase.

Refunds and exchanges are on a case-by-case basis and must be concluded within five days of item reciept.

I do custom designs on a case-by-case basis, just ask! Shipping time for custom orders is flexible depending on the design, etc.
