Hi and welcome to my passion--designing and creating jewelry and greeting cards... I hope that you will find that my creations are reasonably priced and that you are as passionate about them as I am. There is no charge for changing length, ear wires, or clasps. Most of my necklaces are sets, if you don't want the earrings contact me and I will adjust the price. Have fun browsing in my shop and please contact me if you have any questions about an item or a comment. ***Please note that the jewelry sold in this studio are not suitable for young children under 8. Payment: I accept PayPal, Google Check out, and money orders. You can also pay through PayPal with your credit card. When paying through PayPal, payment must be received within 3 days. If not, the transaction will be cancelled and your item will be relisted in my shop. When paying with a money order, payment must be sent out within 3 days of purchase. No item will be shipped without receiving payment. If you have any questions please feel free to contact me. All purchases will be mailed within 3 days of receiving payment. Shipping: All jewerly is shipped with organza bags. I will ship internationally, however the shipping costs will be decided by the weight of your package and the country destination--I will be using this site to figure the shipping costs: http://postcalc.usps.gov/ Refunds and Exchanges: If for any reason my creation does not meet with your expectations, let me know, and I will work with you to improve it.You may return any unused item that you purchased as long as it's in it's original condition for a refund (minus the shipping costs)or exchange for up to 30 days from the purchase date. If you have an item that needs repair (after use) you can mail the item to me for free repair. I will mail the item back to you at no charge.
