Beadles' Policies

I ship via Deutsche Post Grossbrief. This is the only method where I can affix a tracking number should it be needed. Insurance is costly and not offered.

Shipping from Germany to the U.S. is $8.00 and includes tracking with signature request. This DOES NOT include extra insurance.

Shipping within the EU is 5,05 Euro.

Delivery to the U.S. normally takes between 7-14 days.

Delivery within the EU takes about 3-4 days.

For buyers elsewhere, please inquire for rates and delivery information.

If you have won more than one set, I will combine the shipment cost to save you money. Each additional item is billed at $1.00 extra.

If for some reason you are not happy with a purchase and wish a refund, I will gladly do that as long as the bead(s) is/are returned to me intact and it is requested within 14 days after your receipt. I would refund your money minus any listing and shipping fees.

Time permitting, I do accept custom orders.
