Please ask questions before ordering and check the measurements you need, (i.e. necklace and bracelet lengths, etc.) Note that if a given necklace or bracelet is too short, I do sell extenders for the necklaces, and might be able to add a few links to a bracelet to make a custom length fit for a nominal extra charge. PAYMENT: At this time, I only accept PayPal for payment and refund transactions. All items must be paid for in full before shipping. SHIPPING: I will only ship within the U.S.A. I strongly prefer using USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. Reasoning: I have found through much experience that it may cost a bit more, but Priority Mail is handled much better over all! And delivery confirmation helps both you and me to track your package. If an order is over $100 in value, it will be sent insured. If it less than $100 and you wish it to be insured, please ask. There might be an additional nominal charge for added insurance. I will revise your invoice to reflect the current USPS rate for those services. If you buy a less expensive item, I might ship first class mail. However if you wish it to be sent priority mail, insured, and or with delivery confirmation, then I will do so with the additional charges at the rate for those postage services. In the case there is a big difference between what is charged for shipping to actual cost of shipping, I will refund back the over-charged amount. I do everything I can to ship as soon as your payment clears. However, I do have a full-time career in addition to my business, Creations by Tera. Therefore, I reserve the right to ship up to five business days after your purchase payment clears. Please allow for extra shipping transit time during busy holiday seasons. I will email you the delivery confirmation number as soon as your package goes out so you may track the shipment USPS online. WASHINGTON STATE SALES TAX: If you live in the Washington state, I am required by law to charge sales tax which will vary depending upon the destination address (where you live and where I'm sending the order). So please wait for a revised invoice before paying. GIFT PURCHASES: If you are willing to buy insurance for the gift, and be responsible for submitting a claim directly to USPS for collection of the replacement costs should anything happen in transit, I will be more than pleased to gift-wrap your package and ship it directly to the recipient. I will not ship a gift to an address other than yours without insurance and delivery confirmation (for both our protection). CANCELLATIONS: If you need to cancel an order, please let me know immediately! An order cannot be canceled once it has shipped. If you cancel an order, your purchase price will be refunded minus the fees charged by the payment service. Orders which are not paid for within one week of purchase will be canceled, and the items re-posted for sale. RETURNS POLICY: I want you to be happy with your purchases from me! If you are dissatisfied in any way, please contact me and return them in original condition for a refund or exchange--minus shipping costs--within five business days after receipt. For your protection and to insure qualifying for a refund by returning merchandise in its original condition, I strongly recommend returning via USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation and insured. Pierced-earrings styles will not be able to be returned or exchanged! (I think there are laws about possible health safety issues of reselling pieced earrings.) So if you order earrings, please be certain you want them! (I'll recheck the laws regarding this issue and change this policy if I find this is no longer so.) LIABILITY: I understand post office problems, i.e., packages get lost or sit in post office limbo. That is why I strongly recommend always shipping insured, especially for any order over $100, and with delivery confirmation so the package can be tracked. All of my hand-beaded pieces are one-of-a-kind. If I can replicate the design, I'll do my best to do so based on available materials. Or I will also be happy to offer a substitute. But please be aware that in that case, what you finally receive may not be exactly what was pictured in the original posting.
