Most items are sewn after they are ordered. Please allow a week or two before they can be shipped out.

WARRANTY and REFUNDS
I will accept returns within 7 days only with a reasonable excuse.
SHIPPING POLICY
I ship USPS from California. Packages within North America usually takes 1-2 weeks and all tails/ears come with a tracking number normally sent via paypal shipping.
Overseas packages are normally sent air and usually do not come with tracking as it is extremely cost prohibitive. They take 4-6 weeks.
Overseas tracking/5 day delivery costs ~$60-$150 extra. Contact me if you are interested in this option.
