Q:How Long Can I browse, before I must finalize my order?
A: We have a 1 week shopping cart, so you can shop for up to 7 days, before we will send you a combined invoice.
Q:Is there a return/exchange policy?
A: Yes, we do honor a 14 day return or exchange policy. If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization number, to carry out a smooth exchange.You will be responsible for the postage to return it and we will pay the postage for the new item being sent to you, in exchange.
Q:When will my order ship?
A:We try to ship all orders within 48 to 72 hours of the payment date, but there are exceptions to that rule on occassion.
Q:Do you ship internationally?
A:Yes, we offer shipment to Canada and the United Kingdom, as well as France, and Ireland. Any other countries are taken on a case by case basis. If you wish to inquire with us, please feel free to contact us and all international order shipment REQUIRE insurance against loss or damage.
Q:Do you offer wholesale purchasing?
