Payment should be made within 24 hours of purchase. Your item will not be shipped until payment is received. A SALES TAX of 6% IS CHARGED ON ITEMS PURCHASED WITHIN THE STATE OF PA. Sorry, blame the gov't :) Returns are accepted for one week after you've received the package. They must be shipped back to me at your cost with insurance and in the same gift bag or box. I refund minus the original shipping charges. I DO NOT accept returns for toiletry items unless the item is defective. I currently offer consignment for qualified businesses. Please contact me at skling83@aol.com for my terms. I gladly accept custom orders and can try to customize most pieces. Every piece is one of a kind which makes it more special for the recipient. Gift wrap is available for jewelry, free of charge..just mention it to me :) If you're sending a gift, please put your personal note in the message area on the PayPal payment page. Make sure to include the recipent's address. All earring posts can be changed if you prefer Sterling Silver or 14kt at an extra charge.
