Items will be shipped within 3-10 days unless specified other. You will be charged $6.00 for items in the U.S.A. outside the U.S.A. will be 10.00. If more than 1 coat is purchased it will still be the same amount. Returns and exchanges are accepted one time only with no charge. So please make sure you measure your dog. Especially around their stomach. and the length from neck to beginning of tail. For custom work it takes approximately 2-3 weeks to make please make sure your measurements are correct. returns are not excepted on custom work, unless the coat needs some adjustment. In that case you can ship it back and I will make adjustments, ship it back with no charge. Again one time only
