We accept payment through PayPal and Amazon. If payment is not received within 3 days, your order will be canceled. Orders are shipped within 24-48 hours. We now offer $5 flat rate shipping for your entire order for those residing within the United States. For all other orders, lighter weight (up to 13 ounces) or single-item orders will be shipped via USPS First Class; others will be sent Priority Flat Rate. Because our bars are large sized, only 4 will fit in the small flat rate box. Be sure to provide the correct mailing address; we are not responsible for lost packages. If there is a discrepancy between the address listed with your Artfire and PayPal or Amazon accounts, we will ship to the confirmed PayPal/Amazon address. You may request insurance for your package at the time of ordering. We will notify you as to the amount of the USPS fee for that service, which will then be added to your shipping charge. You may request that an item be delivered to another address as a gift. Returns: We are confident you will enjoy our soap, but if you are dissatisfied, you may return the unused portion for a full refund.
