1. Cut with a clean sharp pair of scissors on a very sharp diagonal
2. Simply screw the ball on and off a few times pushing down slightly
3. When the ball "catches" you are set.
4. Very easy to do.

ADULT BRACELET SIZING
Measure the distance around your wrist (where you would wear a watch) using either a string or flexible tape measure. Depending on how loose you want your bracelet to fit, add 3/4 or 1 inch to this number then round it up to the nearest size. For example, if your measurement is 6 1/4 + 1 inch = 7 1/4, you would order a 7.5 inch bracelet. These easiest thing to do is measure a bracelet you have from end to end, and order the same size.

If you are ordering this as a gift, I recommend going with a 7.5 inch size. This is the standard size for most bracelets you buy, and it will fit most ladies wrists perfectly.
