Welcome Welcome to my shop! Signs are the perfect gift and nothing beats the beauty of hardwood when it comes to an elegant sign or décor item. My signs are made of locally harvested - hand selected hardwoods or up-cycled kitchen cabinet doors. In either case, all are solid hardwood, no veneer or manufactured wood products are used. Please feel free to contact me if you have any specific questions that are not answered here. I specialize in customized products to meet your needs. If there is something you need that you do not see, I will gladly work with you to create exactly what you are looking for. . Payment I accept Paypal. If you don't have a paypal account you can still pay through paypal with a credit card. Please complete payment within 24 hours of your purchase. I accept eChecks via paypal but this form of payment will delay shipping until the check clears. To avoid this, pay close attention when checking out, paypal is kind of sneaky about this. . Shipping All shipping will be via USPS or UPS and most products will ship within 2 business days from date of purchase. If you are in a hurry to get an item please let meknow and I will do everything I can to speed up the process. Packages are triple layer wrapped and I include insurance (USPS) and delivery confirmation (USPS) on all packages. Please make sure that your address on your Paypal (or Esty) account is the address where you would like your item shipped. I print all postage with that information. Additional fees will apply for international shipping - please send us a convo for a quote. Also note that customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer. I will complete all required paperwork but cannot anticipate the fee. For lost or damaged packages, I will replace if possible or refund your money if desired. However, if the delivery confirmation indicates delivery, no refunds or replacements will be issued for loss. . Refunds and Exchanges There are NO refunds or exchanges on custom or personalized items that have been shipped. If you cancel a custom order BEFORE it has been cut, you are only entitled to a 50% refund (including shipping). This is to cover the design time already expended. A non-custom item may be returned if you contact me within 3 business days of the receipt of the item. I will authorize the return and your money will be refunded within 3 days after I receive the item. The item must be returned in, unblemished saleable condition otherwise no refund will be issued. I do not refund shipping charges. . Additional Policies and FAQs Custom signs are normally completed and ready to ship within 2 days from the time you order. Following your purchase I can send a proof to give you an idea what the final sign will look like and give you a chance to correct spelling, dates, or wording.
