The least expensive shipping is always used. ALL POSTAL OVERPAYMENTS WILL BE PROMPTLY REFUNDED. If your shipping seems extremely high, please do not worry. You will probably receive an adjusted total or a postal refund.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

Berrysweet products are NOT returnable. All sales are absolutely final. Please consider this prior to placing your order. The reason for this policy is quite simple. Once a product leaves my hands it is no longer my property. It is no longer considered unused- particularly perfume oils. I am not at all comfortable reselling products that have been returned, I do not need testers, and it is costly to just toss away returned items. While I do not believe that my customers would ever in a million years tamper with a product, I just cannot take this chance. I strive for the perfect product and will not settle for less. Every person who purchases from me is absolutely 100% guaranteed a fresh product. This is my promise to you.
