All of my work is very organic - I like to just go with the flow as often as possible. I do not want my work to look like a machine might have made it. I love hammer marks and file marks and textures that say "This was made by loving hands", because its true! I have very tiny hands, but I think that just allows me a bit more dexterity and fine tuning. It also means I like making small bangles and rings that fit me and other gals like me too! I also try to use as many recycled materials as possible and buy from refineries that use majority of recycled silver and gold.

Payment
I accept Paypal, Google Checkout, or money order.

Of course I would like payment to be made immediately - but if you are having an issue, please let me know and I'm happy to work with you.

If you would like to pay with Google Checkout - just let me know and I will send you an invoice asap.

If a money order is sent, I will wait until I have it before sending the goods. If you are sending a money order I will expect it to be here within a week. Please let me know when it has been mailed as I only check my PO Box when I am expecting something.

If you aren't ready to pay, please wait to buy.

TAX: No tax for orders outside of Georgia, but for Georgia residents, it is 7%. If you are paying by paypal, it is calculated for you.

Shipping
U.S. SHIPPING: I insure everything I send over $30 Items over $100 are shipped Priority with insurance. I ship USPS but can ship UPS if desired, please let me know before paying as it is quite a bit more expensive. I normally ship within 24 - 48hr of payment - unless I'm out of town (or the weekend).

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

Items under $100 are shipped USPS first class (AirMail) for $4. Items $100 and over are shipped Flat Rate Priority for $12 (Canada and Mexico $10). Insurance is included on all packages, first class and priority. I am not however, in control of any customs fees, sorry :(

If you are ordering a piece under $100 and would like it to be shipped priority - this can be arranged - just ask me to send you an invoice before paying and I can add the difference.

EXPRESS SHIPPING:
I'm happy to upgrade your shipping to express for either domestic or international packages. If interested, just let me know and I can send you an updated invoice.

LOST ITEMS: I will do everything I can to work w/ you on locating the package including calling and talking to your postal carrier. I do include insurance for most items as I feel neither of us should be out any money because of faulty shipping. If your item does not come with insurance and you would like to add it, please let me know. In the case of an item not being found, a waiting period is required before filing for insurance, so immediate replacement of the item might not be available. If you have any concerns, please contact me so we can work out the details.

GIFT WRAPPED - All jewelry is packaged in a jewelry box ready for gift giving if necessary, or perfect as a gift for yourself! Ribbon and tissue colors will vary, though most tissue is white tarnish resistant tissue. Items are shipped in a bubble mailer, flat rate envelope, or small priority box.

Refunds and Exchanges
RETURNS: I try to describe things very accurately and give accurate measurements so you know what you are getting exactly before you buy it. If you have a question or concern about an item you are interested in, ask before you buy! If there is an issue after the fact, please by all means, let me know and we can work something out. I stand by the quality of my work but I cannot accept a returned item due to an error on anyone else's part. If returning an item, please make sure to insure it and package it as it was shipped. If receiving a refund, one will be given minus shipping costs and a $5 restocking fee.

If the wrong size was ordered - ring or bangle - I'm happy to exchange them for you! The buyer will pay shipping for both the return and the resending of the package. Payment can be included in the package or through paypal or google checkout.
