** Please note: Due to the nature of hand-crafted products items may differ slightly from photo as each one is made to order. The photos are just examples of what the base idea is we will try to match it as close as possible
TURNAROUND TIME / SHIPPING DATES:
Orders are scheduled based upon the DATE of your party. Please let me know the date as it is very important to me to ensure we get your order out to you in time We like to ship orders out about 10 days prior to your party. This of course can vary depending on when you placed your order. **RUSH ORDER fees may be applied if you need it quicker
We use USPS first class mail for all orders in less you are having RUSH shipping. For RUSH shipping we will use USPS Priority Mail unless otherwise stated in a convo.
When your order is shipped we will send you a convo with the tracking information.
*A RUSH ORDER FEE is applicable for Custom Orders needed within 10 days or less from the date of your purchase. You will be sent a Paypal Invoice for the Rush Fee if you do not contact me prior to ordering. Orders cannot be completed until that invoice is paid. Thank you for understanding
To be fair to everyone...I cannot start your order without a Purchased & Paid for Order.

Payment
PayPal.
Payments must be made with 48 hours for all orders including Custom Reserved Orders or we reserve the right to cancel your order. Parties are not scheduled or guaranteed to be processed without a paid for listing.
Shipping
Orders are shipped by USPS first class mail. RUSH orders will be shipped USPS Priority Mail which allows for the shortest mailing time - 2 to 3 day delivery once shipped.
Insurance is optional but I cannot be responsible for lost or damaged insured or uninsured items. Please let me know PRIOR TO ORDER if you would like your package insured.
No refunds on lost or damaged items. As much as I want to make sure you are getting your order once I drop it at the post office I cannot be held responsible for anything lost. I will work with you and the post office to find out where your product is.
PLEASE UNDERSTAND: I cannot be responsible for items not arriving on time due to postal delays. Once your package leaves my hands what happens to it is beyond my control. Believe me I feel as bad as you do if your order doesn't arrive on time or is damaged due to a postal mishap. Also, please be sure that the address in your PayPal Account matches your ArtFire address. Where a conflict occurs, the PayPal shipping address will be used unless we are notified otherwise.
International Orders: Please contact me if you are interested in purchasing through my shoppe. At least 6 weeks minimum prior to your party is required so there is ample time for processing and shipping. Shipping is via Priority Mail International (no exceptions.)
Refunds and Exchanges
All Sales are Final. Please keep in mind that all items are hand-crafted by me so no two are exactly alike. Colors may vary sightly because computer monitors differ so image colors may not be exactly as you are seeing them. Please be as specific as possible when stating your color choices for products. I will try my best to match them for you.
If upon receiving your order...a mistake has been made ON MY PART please contact me within 7 days of the receipt of your item and BEFORE posting feedback so we can resolve the issue. Example of a mistake include...misspelled name. Ribbons and pompoms may vary from the image listing you purchased. These variations would not justify a refund.
