Items are shipped USPS First Class or Priority mail. Whenever possible, I like to use flat rate shipping options as this can really save on shipping costs for multiple purchases. Due to the nature of my bath and beauty items, I do not accept returns. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase, please don't hesitate to contact me and I will do my best to replace the item or offer a refund. All other non-bath/beauty items are guaranteed for happiness for 10 days after receipt (and hopefully beyond!). Again, if you are not happy with your purchase, please allow me to fix it. My goal is to have happy customers! :)
