SHIPPING/INSURANCE
I have a crazy full-time job, so I generally ship orders twice a week via First Class Mail. If you need me to ship your order immediately or using a different shipping method, just let me know and we can work it out.

To keep costs down, I do not include insurance in the shipping price. For as little as $1.75 (for coverage up to $50) I can add insurance to your shipping. I cant be responsible for items lost or damaged in the mail, but Ive also never had a problem with these issues. If youre worried, please let me know and we can add insurance to your total.

I package each order in a pretty purple gift box with a lime green ribbon and tuck it into an eco-friendly 90% recycled padded envelope for safe shipping to your door.

REFUNDS/EXCHANGES
After receiving your order, if you are not happy, please contact me within 10 days and trust that we will work out any problems. If Im unable to solve the issue to your satisfaction, Ill ask you to return the item(s) to me in their original, new condition for a refund of your purchase price.

FORMS OF PAYMENT
I use PayPal for online payment processing, but you do not need a PayPal account to use this method for payment. As you go through the PayPal check out system, just choose pay with credit card. PayPal will try to get you to sign up for an account, but trust me, you can bypass that step. If you choose to get a PayPal account, youll find its a handy way to make online payments. But know that its not a requirement to purchase from my store.

I will accept personal checks, but your item will not ship until I receive your check and the check has cleared your bank.

SALES TAX
Florida residents pay 6.5% sales tax which is added during your PayPal transaction.
