Payment:
I accept PayPal, through which you can pay me with PayPal funds or your personal credit card. Your credit card information is kept safe and secure through PayPal's transaction process. You do NOT need to have a PayPal account to pay me via PayPal, it's just like any other shopping cart in that respect.

New York state now requires me to collect sales tax on yarn. I regret that you will now automatically be charged 8% sales tax when you check out through Paypal.

Shipping:
My shipping rates are very competitive, and are not used as a back-end moneymaker. All purchases are shipped first class mail, unless you request or are notified otherwise. Items are shipped on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays of every week, unless you are contacted and notified otherwise at time of purchase. Purchases are mailed within 48 hours for orders placed during the business week.

Refunds and Exchanges:
Within 30 days I will happily refund you your purchase amount for unused product that does not meet your expectations. Product must be in the original form, not wound or balled, to qualify for a full refund.

If you find your item to be defective after that time, or during use, please email me and I will be happy to discuss options to satisfy you. This may include a refund or replacement, and is subject to our discussion and the situation.

I will also happily wind your yarn for you free of charge, request this service at the time of purchase should you desire it.
