Hello and welcome to the Black Heart Jewellery ArtFire shop.
My name is Jules and I would like to thank you for your interest in my jewellery. I design and create Dark Romance, Victorian Gothic & Rock Chick inspired jewellery from my home in Sydney, Australia.
I began selling online under the name 'Black Heart Jewellery' in March 2009 and I am proud of how my indie business has grown since then. I love knowing that all around the world there are lovely people wearing something that I created.
PAYMENT:
Full payment is to be received within 3 days of purchase. I am a reasonable person and will be open to granting an extension period of a few extra days for payment, but please contact me first to let me know that you need extra time. If no payment has been received within the 3 days and I have not received any communication, I will relist the item and cancel the sale.
SHIPPING:
Orders will be shipped within 2 working days of your payment clearing. Parcels are sent via Australia Post. International parcels are sent by AirMail.
DELIVERY TIMES:
Within Australia - 2 to 5 working days
International - 5 to 10 working days
These are approximate delivery times and can vary depending upon holiday periods or other mail system delays such as customs, strikes etc
Please note that customers are responsible for paying any fees, taxes and duties that may be associated with shipping.
PACKAGING:
I have included a photo of my packaging with each listing in my shop.
I package each order in a matte black gift box. The gift box is wrapped in black tissue paper then finished with black & purple ribbons tied in a bow. I also include one of my business cards and thank you cards. On the back of the Thank You card I like to write a personal message. Once everything is ready, I put the wrapped gift box & both of the cards in a padded mail bag. I try to take a much care and attention on packaging each order as I do when I create my jewellery. I want my customers to really love receiving their purchases from me.
If multiple items are purchased I will send them together in 1 gift box. This helps to keep shipping costs down. However, if you do require each item to be package in separate gift boxes please contact me and I will adjust the shipping price for you.
Refunds and Exchanges
I appreciate and value my customers and want them to be happy with their purchase. If for some reason you are unhappy with your item, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order. We can discuss a refund and returning of the item. Refunds are taken on a case-by-case basis and I will do my best to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
Earrings cannot be returned.
Shipping costs are non-refundable and the customer is responsible to pay for the postage costs associated with returning the item.
Please note that I cannot be held responsible for parcels that are lost or damaged in the mail system.
