I use the USPS Insured 1st Class Mail or Priority Mail.

Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days of purchase. I will notify you if there is a delay. As soon as I post your package I will email you with the delivery confirmation number.

Blackdog Jewelry wants to make your shopping experiece a good one! I stand behind the quality of all my handcrafted jewelry. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please return your purchase within 10 days in the original shipping box to receive a refund.

Shipping costs are not refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.

We highly recommend insuring your return purchases.

If you chose not to insure your return purchase, Blackdog Handcrafted Jewelry will not be liable for any loss or damage.

BRACELET SIZING

Most bracelets shown are about 7 1/2"~8 1/2" long. If you would like a custom fit, please make a note at time of purchase with your request or email me directly ~ include your name, email address and order number. No charge to resize it for you!

HOW TO MEASURE FOR BRACELET SIZE

To figure out what size you need, take a string and loosely wrap your wrist~depending how you like the fit. (Most of my bracelets are made to drape below the wrist). Measure the string and that is the lenght you would order.

Small - 7.25"
Medium - 7.5"
Large - 8"


HOW TO CARE FOR YOUR STERLING SILVER AND COPPER JEWELRY

STERLING SILVER is an alloy made up of 92.5% silver and 7.5% other metals, usually Copper. It is strong and beautiful and when polished it has a lustrous sheen.

A lovely patina, which has a soft glow with darkened areas,will develop on Sterling Silver jewelry that is worn often. If you prefer a shiny look, use a mild-low abrasive cleaner or polishing cloth.

For a quick cleaning, I dilute a silver cleaning dip with water (1 to 1), dip the piece, wash with a mild soap and water then polish. DO NOT let your jewelry sit in the solution...just touch and wash! NEVER use a dip solution on antiqued or blackened designs as this will take all the black off.

NEVER use toothpaste to clean your sterling silver jewelry. This will result in fine scratches that can dull the surface.

Store your Sterling Silver jewelry in anti-tarnish cloth bags or in plastic bags. This will also protect your jewelry from scratches.

COPPER naturally tends to tarnish easily, it will acquire an warm antiqued look if you don't clean it regularly.

Handle and care for Copper Jewelry the same as Sterling Silver. To keep it looking bright, use a gentle copper cleaner and polishing cloth to remove tarnish.
