We are please to offer FREE SHIPPING WORLDWIDE! All items will be carefully packed and protected using bubble wrap We ship within 1-3 working days upon receiving your Paypal payment. Parcel will be send to your Etsy shipping address, kindly notify us if you wish to ship to a different address. ~Regular Air Mail~ Items are sent out from Malaysia via regular postal service (air mail), NO tracking number available for this service. ~Register Mail~ For single or combine order from this shop that is more than USD20, your parcel will be send via register mail with tracking number. Kindly take note that signature is required when receiving parcel. A card will be send to you if no one is at home, you will need to collect your parcel from local post office. Failing to collect your parcel during the stated time frame will result in returned "unclaimed" parcel to us. However there are occasions where the recipient may find their parcel in parcel collection center, even though they did not receive any notification from the post office. If you do not received your parcel after the stated delivery period, do notify us with email. We will provide you with your parcel tracking number. Please call up or visit with your nearest post office, along with the parcel tracking number. You will need to pay a shipping fee for any re-sending of parcel that has been returned to us. ~Express Shipping Services (EMS)~ If you need the item urgently. We can arrange shipping via Pos Laju International or any of your prefer EMS service provider. Please allow 3-6 days transit time subjected to custom clearance. ~Delivery Time Frame~ Delivery may take approximately 1 to 2 weeks for delivery to Australia and UK, 2 to 4 weeks to Europe (except UK), US and the rest of the world. Please also note that postage time can be variable, it may take longer period to reach you during peak or holiday seasons. Kindly take note that we have no control should there is any delay due to custom clearance. However, if you need our help, we will try our best to assist in checking the delivery status (only for Register Mail or EMS).
