All Bliss Body and Bath products are made with the purest of ingredients and are high quality. The labels are quite clear. I do ship with a additional product ingredient sheet in case the labels get smudged. Topical Skin Testing: I suggest you do a simple topical skin test before full body application of all products. Place a small dot of product in the fold of your arm, wait 24hrs. If there is no indication of reaction, then it is safe to say you will not be allergic. Pregnancy: It is well known that some aromas are not for Moms-to-Be. I will make this precaution known.
