PAYMENT

o PayPal is currently my only form of payment.
If you need a PayPal account it's easy at http://www.paypal.com. Using PayPal is a secure and fast way of making online purchases by using your credit card without giving your card information directly to me.

o Sales Tax: Ohio state residents pay a 7.75% sales tax.

SHIPPING

o All in stock orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 days of confirmation of payment.

o Special orders will take longer - please allow up to 14 days for notification of completion and shipment of your order.

o I ship via US Postal Service First Class mail.

o I use only high quality packing and shipping supplies so your order is safe in transit.

o I ship to anywhere in the world but you are solely responsible for any duties, charges, taxes, mishaps or non-deliveries due to any and all customs issues with your country. I cannot guarantee the arrival of international orders and so I cannot refund any items that are lost in international transit.

REFUNDS and EXCHANGES

o As I said before, I love what I do and I take pride in my products so I do everything I can to ensure that your order is in the condition in which I would want to receive it myself. If, for some reason though, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please contact me immediately so we can discuss how to resolve the situation. MATERIALS

o All images are printed in a professional lab on either high quality Fuji Crystal Archive glossy photo paper or Kodak Endura Metallic paper.

o Mat board is acid free Crescent mat board.

o All items are sealed in protective cellophane pouch for assurance of safety until time of use.

o All prints are titled, dated and signed by me.
