Please be aware that; BlueShedCrafts is covered by UK Legislation =========================================== PLEASE pay as and when you 'order' something from my shop. If you don't pay at time of 'ordering' then I will wait TWO days and then CANCEL THE ORDER, re-listing my item, if I have NOT heard from you. **CREDIT AND DEBIT CARD CUSTOMERS** You do not need a Paypal account to pay for your items through Paypal. Choose the Paypal option during checkout. After you submit your order, click the "pay now" button. Scroll down and you will see the option to pay with credit or debit card WITHOUT having to sign up for a Paypal account. I accept PAYPAL. In some 'special cases' I will accept a personal cheque in GBP (Pounds Sterling)only. The cheque will need to clear through my bank BEFORE I send out any goods. Shipping I dispatch items within 24 hours so you need to let me know IMMEDIATELY if you wish to change your mind or cancel an item. This is important for you and me. Within UK items are sent via First Class post. Outside UK items are sent via Air Mail Small Packet. Your order will be in the Post no later than the next WORKING day unless you have placed a SPECIAL ORDER. Contact me with specific details for me if you would like to order something. If you would like postal insurance PLEASE INFORM ME in the notes section when you pay. I will let you know by return email how much EXTRA cost this will be. I ALWAYS obtain a proof of postage certificate. I am not responsible for any damage which occurs during transit but I will do my utmost to rectify the problem via ROYAL MAILS' procedure. I will ensure that I pack and wrap any purchases in a way to minimise any risk of possible damage. Refunds and Exchanges If you are not delighted with your purchase I will replace it with something else of your choice to the same value or I will refund you the price you paid. N.B Please ensure you obtain a proof of posting if returning item(s) RETURNED GOODS will need to be received by myself within 14 days of receipt in the same condition they were sent out (unless damaged in transit) I will allow longer if being returned from overseas BUT please inform me when you receive your item of your wish to return it. Additional Policies and FAQs ***Please ensure that the address you have registered with PayPal, corresponds with the one you have registered with Artfire. I will not 'guess' which address to post to. If I have to email and ask, you will be delaying the posting of your purchase(s). I always weigh my goods and look up the postage prices where possible. Please understand that the 'Shipping' price also includes 'Packaging' costs. Please note; If you are requesting an item to be knitted in a different colour, pattern or something I don't currently have 'in stock' I reserve the right to make a small additional charge.
