PAYMENT I only accept Paypal. If you are using Paypal, you can pay for your item by using your credit card or bank debit card (or by logging into your Paypal account if you have one.) If you are paying by echeck through Paypal, I will hold your item until payment has cleared. Please make sure that your shipping address is correct at Paypal and Artfire. Payment is expected at the time of purchase unless other arrangements have been made. If there is no contact with me or if payment is not received within 7 days, I will cancel the sale and relist the item. SHIPPING All U.S. shipping is done by standard USPS first class mail. It will take approximately 3 to 7 days to receive your package after purchase. Priority shipping through USPS is also available. Please let me know if you would like priority shipping so I can send you an invoice with the adjusted amount. I try my best to ship within 2 business days or sooner. If payment is received on a Friday, I will ship the following Monday. I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you would like insurance, please contact me before you purchase your item. RETURNS/EXCHANGES If for any reason, you would like to return your purchase, please contact me immediately. Returns must be postmarked no later than 7 days after original shipment. Please NOTE: Custom items and pierced earrings are not returnable. Unless the return is due to a mistake or defect on my part, shipping costs for the returned item will not be refunded. The item you are returning must be in unused condition before refunding your purchase price. Most of my items are one of a kind. If you see something you like but want it in another color, size or something similar, please do no hesitate to contact me. Together we should be able to come up with a design you like and will be happy with. I want to make you happy with your purchase.
