Payment
With the exception of custom orders, orders may be canceled and money refunded as long as the item hasn't shipped yet. For custom orders, I reserve the right to withhold money as a compensation for materials and time.
Shipping
Items are generally shipped by US Mail, first class. Shipping upgrades are negotiable.

Unless otherwise stated or negotiated, all items are shipped within three business days upon receiving payment.

Please note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.
Refunds and Exchanges
If items arrived damaged, I will send a replacement if you send me back the damaged goods.

Not responsible for for items lost/late due to inaccurately given addresses.

I'll exchange any item for the price of postage upon receipt of the old item.

Almost any photo can be ordered in a different size. Also, I am able to have photos printed on mugs, puzzles, mousepads, shirts, and other items, though this will will take up to two weeks. Contact me for details.
