Refunds:
No refunds will be given.
Exchanges:
We will exchange sold items for items of like value, if alterations or modifications are not possible. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. Before exchanging, we will try to accommodate the buyer's preferences by modifying sizes, etc. The buyer must contact us prior to any exchange being approved. The exchange must be requested within 30 days of purchase, unless previously arranged with the seller. In the event that there is not another item which the buyer wishes to exchange for, we will give store credit in the amount of the original purchase.
Custom Work:
We will discuss all custom work with the buyer prior to completing the work to come up with terms that benefit both buyer and seller.
Shipping:
We typically ship on Mondays, Thursdays, and Saturdays, or earlier if our schedule allows. We prefer to ship USPS 1st class with Delivery Confirmation/Tracking. If you would like insurance on your purchase, or priority mail service, please let us know and we can provide that at an additional charge.
