However, if you see an item, but would like it in a specific wood or size, please contact me. I will set up a custom order for you. Depending upon your requirements, the cost may be more or less than the original store item. Payment PayPal or credit cards through PayPal for immediate shipment. Shipping Items will be shipped within 2 business days of receiving payment. I ship my pieces with UPS ground or USPS Priority Mail in the United States, I will upgrade shipping upon request for an additional fee. International Shipping Please contact me to set up a shipping arrangement. Refunds and Exchanges If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 7 days from the day of receiving the item to notify me by email. The item will be returned undamaged for a full refund minus the shipping. The refund will be via PayPal when the item is received. Additional Policies and FAQs Custom orders are welcome.
