Please note colors will always vary in hand crafted items. Monitors also can distort true color. We do not accept items for return based solely on color discrepancy. We portray color of our items as accurately as we can.
Slight tonal variation in hand dyed is normal, and expected in hand dyed and crafted items.

How Do You Ship?
We ship the least expensive way possible to bring your products to you in the quickest way possible. In the US we ship USPS First Class Mail on any orders that weigh under 13 oz. Over 13 ounces, we ship Priority Mail.
Outside of the US, orders are shipped First Class International mail and we do offer International Priority Mail.
How Do I Cancel An Order?
If you need to cancel a sale please message me, so that we can cancel your sale. CUSTOM ITEMS are NOT returnable unless we goofed. And if we goof, we'll make sure you get what you've paid for.
What If I Need To Return Something?
If you need to return a damaged item please message us, we'll instruct you on how to return an item.
All returns unless the item is damaged, are for Artfire store credit ONLY. We will issue the credit once the item is returned to us.
If the package arrived damaged, save your packaging as the shipping company may need to see it in order to file a claim.
Do You Offer Wholesale Pricing?
Yes we do, our minimum opening order is $250.00 to qualify for wholesale pricing. Please message us for more information.
How Do You Package Items?
Our packaging is eco conscious and we constantly source newer ways to conserve and revere our natural resources.
Wools are shipped compressed, meaning air is taken out of the bag to save shipping space. Once the bag is opened the wools will puff back up. It's like magic! And we use poly mailers to protect your wools.
