Return, Exchange, & Shipping Policy Return Policy-Non Custom Items Boos Bodacious Boutique guarantees its products against any design defects within 7 days of the original purchase, (i.e. 7 days from the date shipped to the customer). This does not include wear and tear, misuse or any other complications. If you have purchased the incorrect product, size, color, etc... this can be returned on a case by case basis, however please note the following: Customer is liable for any and all freight charges to and from Boo's Bodacious Boutique. A 20% stocking fee may apply on a case by case basis. For any type of return the product MUST BE in NEW, Saleable condition with all existing tags still on. Return Policy-Custom Items Since most orders are custom made, they are non-returnable. If you'd like a proof of your order, please let me know ahead of time. Be SURE to type the personalization exactly like you'd like it to appear! I'll be creating your item by what you have sent to me. Exchange Policy Boo's Bodacious Boutique will exchange any product with 7 days unless otherwise specified. All exchanges will be subject to the same policy as shown above in the Return and Exchange Policy. Shipping Policy Boo's Bodacious Boutique uses USPS and is not responisble for loss or damage items. For an additional charge, can ship with delivery confirmation or insurance.
