Shipping

Our diaper cakes are shipped via UPS Ground within 2-3 business days after receiving cleared payment. Shipping costs reflect totals for shipping within the 48 Contiguous United States only. All packages are insured for the full value of its contents.





Refunds and Exchanges

We offer no hassles on returns. We only ask that you contact us to expedite the process and that you return the item in its original condition and packaging (as received).



Once we receive the item back from you, we will issue a refund to your account for the purchase price, less any original and return shipping fees. Shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility, unless the product was damaged during transit or there was an error on our part.



Please notify us of any shipping damages immediately upon receiving the package, so we may contact the carrier for retrieval in the condition in which it was received.



Custom Orders

We welcome custom orders to match your baby shower decorations or nursery theme. Please don't hesitate to contact us with your ideas and deadline for consultation. We'll send you updates of our progress and pictures to make sure you love it before shipping.



Custom orders require a deposit of half down, 50% of which is non-refundable, and then the remaining balance (plus shipping cost) is due upon completion.
