I am accepting PayPal only for payment at this time. Keep in mind that you can use e-checks through Paypal if you don't have a credit card! And you don't need a Paypal account to buy! Items will be shipped within 24 - 48 hours of payment cleared. I will ship worldwide, buyer is responsible for any customs fees. It takes approximately 4-7 business days for shipping within Canada, 7-10 business days for shipping to the U.S. and 8-12 business days for overseas shipping. I keep all shipping receipts and therefore cannot be held responsible for any shipping delays. Express shipping with tracking is available for an additional fee, please email brainofjen@gmail.com to arrange. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, items may be refunded or exchanged within 14 days of receipt of purchase*. Items must be returned in the same condition they were sent in before refund is issued. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. I require a 50% non-refundable deposit on custom orders, so I can aquire all necessary supplies. Costs will vary depending on time and materials required, please contact me for a quote! *Due to their personalized nature, there are no refunds or exchanges on custom orders. Please be very specific when ordering custom items, and be sure to leave me contact information so I can be certain the piece is exactly what you are looking for before your order is completed.
