Payment
I accept PayPal payments, personal checks (bear will be held until check clears), Cashier's Checks, and Money Orders.
Shipping
I use USPS First Class, Priority, and Priority Mail International. Insurance is required on all purchases since I cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Refunds and Exchanges
I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for some reason you are not happy with my creation please contact me.
Layaway
I also offer a convenient layaway plan. I require a 50% deposit at the time of purchase with the balance due in 30 days. Sorry no refunds on canceled layaway. Please contact me to arrange for layaway.
