I accept PayPal (preferred), checks or money orders. All items (except custom orders) will be shipped within 3 business days after payment is received and cleared. If some unforeseen circumstance arises and shipment cannot happen within 3 days, I will contact you with details of when the item will ship. In the case of custom orders, I will let you know how long it will take to make the item and ship it to you. I ship everything by the US Postal Service, usually by priority or first class mail, to United States addresses. If you need the item to arrive overnight or by a certain time, please contact me to discuss your needs and the extra postage charge for expedited shipping. If you would like insurance, please contact me and I'll be happy to add that for you and let you know the charge for that service. I add delivery confirmation to each item so I can always tell you where your item is. If ordering multiple items, I will combine shipping to keep the cost down as much as possible. If you are in the Twin Cities metro area, please contact me or put a note in your order regarding your location, and I will arrange to deliver the item to you and save you the shipping charge. I'm happy to do international shipping, but you need to contact me before purchasing an item so that I can calculate the cost based on the country being shipped to. The shipping cost shown in each item listing is for within the UNITED STATES ONLY. International shipping will be higher based on the country being shipped to and weight of the item. Refunds will be made if your item(s) arrives damaged by the post office. If you are not satisfied with the item(s), please contact me to discuss returns/refunds/exchanges. I want you to be satisfied so I will do everything in my power to make that happen. Returns must be made within 10 days of receipt the item. The item must be returned in its original, unused condition and not damaged or soiled in any way. Return postage must paid by you.
