Hello, and welcome! I hope you can find just the right kanzashi for your wardrobe! If you cant, feel free to contact me for a custom order. :) Custom orders are currently on pause while I finish the ones I have started. Expected completion date: late this month, early next. Please contact me for details. Payment:I accept paypal, and postal money orders, and occasionally checks if you are a returning customer. Please send payment within the first three business days after purchasing an item. Thank you! Shipping: I ship within 3 business days ordinarily. Refunds and Exchanges: if you need to cancel a transaction, please contact me. Special cases are considered, but most refunds or exchanges are not. Please contact me within 3 days of arrival if your item is damaged. Custom Orders:Please expect some time for creation of your original hair ornament. After we discuss details of your piece, I will make the kanzashi. After all the details are settled, it may take me one week to finish your piece. If I get a lot of orders at once, I will inform you of the completion date once we have most of the details decided.Contact me and we can get started talking! Custom Order FAQ: 1. When will you finish? I schedule my kanzashi pieces with a "due date." I'll finish your piece on that day and take pictures by then.You can look at my livejournal (user name=hanatsukuri) to check for "picture reports" if you have a large order. :) 2. So how long does it take? About 2 weeks! However, it may take up to 1 month to complete your piece if I get backed up with orders. For an exact date, please contact me. 3. Do you accept Rushed Orders? Rarely. I have a full time job aside from kanzashi. Contact me with your situation and I will get back to you. But please request this only if you really need it (i.e. wedding or special event). If I am already really busy, this order may be subject to a sanity fee. 4. I want to make a custom order/new design. What details do you need? If you are requesting a duplicate design, please link me to my listing/web page. This is the easiest custom order. Please note: I will not duplicate another artisan's exact work. If you want something with "the same feel", I will make my own design for you. If you CAN provide any of the following, it speeds the process along. * a price range (ex. "no more than $20.00 + shipping") * size restrictions (ex. "no longer than 4in") * colors (or ideas of colors, or a theme, or a picture of your outfit) * what do you plan on wearing this with? (If anything in particular) 5. Once we decide those things, then what? I will then send you a few sketches, and you will pick which design of mine that you like.I will also ask you a few more detailed questions. If these questions do not make sense to you, please tell me that. 6. Do you have any "hidden" charges? No. I usually tell you the price, and optional features. For example: * I will hand dye more color options if necessary.($8.00 minimum, covering up to 2 colors. $2.50 for each additional color). This is applicable only if I do not have your color in stock, or if you choose this option. For example, you may want me to match the color (eg. pink/green, etc) of your special occasion dress. Gradation Dying: $10 for a medium piece. 7. What if I don't want silk? If you'd like a special synthetic color, there may be a small charge for me to go find and purchase the fabric(usually $1 to $3). If I have the color in stock, there will be no extra charge. What if I want the color to match EXACTLY? You can send me a bit of fabric (if you want the color to be absolutely perfectly matched...). OR you can send me fabric! I am ok with using your silk or specialty fabric for a small discount on /silk/ orders. There will be no discount for "synthetic" fabric designs. Ask me if this distinction is not clear. Just let me know, and I can give you my mailing address. In this case, I will make you an extra flower for each bit of fabric you send me-- for example, if you send me red and white fabric, I'll make you one red flower, and one white one. 8. Do you offer Wholesale options? Not at this time. I don't have the time to create wholesale orders. 9. Do you require payment ahead of time for custom orders? For custom orders over $50.00 USD, I do require a 50% down-payment. This is nonrefundable. HOWEVER, I will work with you until the piece meets your satisfaction, but this may take a lot of time and effort on my part. Thank you! If circumstances change, and you no longer want the piece you requested, I will give you the same amount "store credit" to be applied to an item(s) in my shop. "Store credit" may be saved for later use. Send me a convo and we can get started talking!
