As a seller, I have the rights and responsibilities under the Sales Tax and Use Tax Laws, here in the State of California. Residents of California must add 8.75% to the purchase price of the item.
Once an item has been purchased, and the payment received and cleared the item will be shipped via UPS or USPS, within 10 business days. All items are pack and shipped in the best possible way. Delicate lampshades are shipped in strong wooden boxes, at no extra cost. Other countries please contact me for overseas rates.
I am very happy to deliver free of charge any large item, such as table lamps, in a radius of up to 70 miles of Oceanside, California, USA.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me first, as to the reasons for your return. If the item has to be returned, a refund will be given once the item has been recieved. as shipped, and returned in the original packaging.
