If your art creation is damaged through shipping, the insurance cost will cover both parties expenses! I pack each item with great care to insure that your art piece arrives as safely as possible. My mosaic art pieces are one of a kind items. If your art piece is damaged when you receive it, email me through my Art Fire email address THE DAY that you get your package! This is a must! I will work with you, then, to get the situation cleared up as best as I can. ANY notice of damage sent to me after the day you receive it will not be reimbursed - this protects me from fraud - which I know you understand.
