Payment

I accept PayPal and personal checks. I usually ship within 28 days after cleared payment, but almost everything is made when ordered, so some times it may take little longer, depending on my shipping backlog.


Shipping is usually provided by UPS. We try to keep shipping cost as low as possible. I will try to combine shipping when possible, but the size of our furnishings can make this very difficult. I will provide individual shipping quotes. To obtain a quote, send me your zip code and the items your are interested in purchasing.

Refunds and Exchanges

Returns are accepted. Item must be returned within 7 Days. Satisfaction Guaranteed or return for full refund less Shipping cost.

You can choose your finish color from the 12 standard color finishes that are shown in the listings. Just leave me a message on your finish choice, when you make your purchase.

You can also order your furnishings in custom finishes like a different interior and exterior colors or one color over another color where the bottom color peeks through the top color. Some of my sample furnishings show these custom finishes. You may even need a special color that is not on my color sheet, send me the brand name, color name and color number and I can apply it for you.I have access to Lowe's, Home Depot and Sherwin Williams. Most of the custom finishes can be added to your piece for $15.00. Just purchase the custom finish option from my store to add the custom finish option to your order.
