I want my customers to have a good experience with me, and with Art Fire. If you have any problems at all with a purchase through my shop, please contact me! I will do my very best to make it right. All items will be well-padded for transit. My polymer clay items are one of a kind, so, in the event that they are damaged en route, I will do my best to repair your item, or find a suitable substitute, but I wont be able to make an exact replica.

I accept payment via PayPal. If youd like to purchase something without a PayPal account, please contact me for info on paying with a check or money order.

Shipping is via the USPS - which usually takes about a week from here (Fairbanks, Alaska) to the continental US.
