SHIPPING: Large orders will have a shipping cap,I will utilize flat rate packages whenever possible.
PERSONAL CHECKS: are accepted, items ship when my bank clears the check.
REFUNDS/RETURNS: Purchases (unless otherwise noted) are returnable. Please message me within 3 days and return within 10...purchase price is refundable, shipping charges (either way)are not refundable...Hair accessories are not returnable.

INSURANCE: USPS insurance is available for $1.75...I am not responsible for lost packages, all packages are shipped with a tracking number
